Solution Assurance

What is it?

Solution Assurance is a service that is provided by RES Software for customers to assist them with any questions on using and configuring the RES Software products in their environment. RES Software products are constantly being improved. Stay ahead with the latest releases and be a part of the RES Software customer community, our main source of information and inspiration for continued product development. As an exceptionally customer-focused developer, we make full use of the input provided by our customers.

Our centers of attention:

  • Optimal integration of our products with those of other vendors, such as Microsoft, Citrix and VMware
  • Significant reduction of complexity in the creation and management of user workspaces
  • Ease of use and time-reducing features. IT, exactly how you need it!
     

How do I join the Solution Assurance program?

Solution Assurance is mandatory for the first year after purchasing a license and then renewable annually. Users of free editions of the software, including Evaluation Software and Express Editions, do not have access to Solution Assurance.

How do I benefit?

Solution Assurance consists of the following services:

  • Receive regular updates and upgrades through Service Releases and Product Releases. Benefit from ongoing improvements. You can expect major new product releases every year and important updates every quarter.
  • Access to our unprecedented support. RES Software has a dedicated support organization to help you with the issues you may encounter in your daily work. We are also happy to assist you on a best effort basis with any problems you may encounter with your Microsoft, VMware or Citrix environments.   • Access to the full contents of the RES Portal. The RES Portal contains all the resources delivered as part of Solution Assurance. You can also share knowledge and discover more about our products within the online community.

Forums

Private Forum 

Private Knowledge Base for customers only. Over the years customers have placed their issues and their findings on this forum so there is a good chance that your question has already been answered.

Public Forums 

RES User Group: Independent community of customers, partners and experts who use and support our products. They post comments, opinions and articles themselves on this user group community. 

RES Software Blog: covers RES product-related topics concerning functionality, troubleshooting and previews of features to be released. Content is delivered by our own support experts. Take a look around and you might just discover new ways of making even better use of our products.
